基礎初班、花步/技巧班、興趣班

每星期均有不同程度的班際課程，您可根據個人的興趣及時間選擇合適的課程。

基礎初班/興趣班

適合未曾或初接觸社交舞之人仕。
從簡單基本步法開始教授，更着於講解、示範每步步法之結構及應用。課程包括Waltz、Tango、Quickstep、Cha Cha Cha、Rumba等。每4堂一種舞蹈，配合美妙的音樂，串連成各種不同的舞步，既輕鬆又充實。

花步技巧班

舞者對標準舞已有一定程度之認識及掌握。
課程深入淺出。加上各種花步及基本步上之配合連接，使學員更能正確及清晰有效地運用其變化和技巧。
進修班課程包括Waltz、Tango、V.Waltz、Foxtrot、Quickstep等。

技巧專修、基訓班、金銀銅章考試

深入剖析5隻標準舞蹈之的基本及技巧，配合身體各部份之運用及伸展；加入理論與實踐，使學員更能跳出優美無瑕的舞步。

We provide various courses every week, you may select an appropriate curriculum according to your interest and time freely.

Elementary/Interest/Variation

Suitable for anyone who wants to try social dancing.
Starting from essential steps in relaxing ways and with wonderful music to enrich your dancing. Besides step coaching, we focus on explaining and demonstrating the structure and application of each step. The basic techniques of one dance in every 4 classes. Our curriculum includes Waltz, Tango, Quickstep, Cha Cha Cha, Rumba and so on.

Variation/Technical Class

Suitable for dancers with certain understanding of ballroom dancing.
More advanced figures will be taught in these courses. This curriculum will be conducted in simple language so that every student can learn the skills clearly and effectively.
Advanced class includes Waltz, Tango, V. Waltz, Foxtrot, Quickstep and so on.

Technical Training, Basic Training, Medal Exam

We teach you the basic and advanced skills in depth. We will let you know how your body balances, how your muscles stretch in every motion and explain clearly to you about its theory and encourage you to try all the ballroom music. Ultimately, you will look excellent on any dance floor.

備註:
(1) 所有小組及班際課程均循環教授，歡迎隨時報名參加。
(2) 所有班際課程分別以(4/6/8堂)為一期，
(3) 以(4/6堂)為一期的，均不設補課及請假。以(8堂)為一期的，其間可以請假一次。
　　如無預先通知，亦會照扣堂數。
(4) 各班收費不同。不設免費試堂。單次學費另加20%。
(5) 當天文台懸掛或將會懸掛黑色暴雨警告/八號風球或以上颱風訊號期間，所有課堂一律
　　取消，恕不補課。
(6) 如有任何更改，恕不預先通知。

Remarks:
1.　All Curricula are taught in circulating basis, very warm welcome for your
　　enrollment at anytime.
2.　All the class-based courses are grouped in sessions of 4,6, or 8 classes, and
　　are offered at a discounted fee.
3.　Make-up classes or leave-taking are not allowed in 4- or 6-class courses.
　　Students can take leave ONCE in an 8-class course, with advance notification.
　　If advance notification is not given, the class will be considered taken.
4.　Courses have different fees; there is no free trial class. The price of single
　　lesson shall be added 20%.
5.　All classes will be cancelled when Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above, or
　　a black rainstorm warning signal is issued. There will be no make-up classes.
6.　No prior notice will be given about any changes to the above.
